Take This Short Quiz

  1. Do you have asthma symptoms more than two days per week?
  2. Do you wake up at night with trouble breathing one or more times per week?
  3. Does your asthma make it hard to do normal daily activities?
  4. Do you use a quick-relief or rescue inhaler more than two days per week?
  5. Have you experienced two or more asthma episodes that required treatment with oral corticosteroids (i.e. prednisone) in the past year?
  6. Have you experienced an asthma episode that required a call to 911, a visit to the emergency room, or hospitalization in the past year?
  7. Does asthma prevent you from participating in physical activities?
